The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises.
We refer to our earlier announcements dated 6 August 2015, 17 August 2015, 22 September 2015, 21 October 2015 and 4 November 2015.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Instacom, RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB") wishes to announce that:-
i. 433,597,012 Bonus Shares issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue;
ii. additional 125,232,599 Warrants B, additional 50,090,202 Warrants C and additional 48,175,841 Warrants D consequential to the Bonus Issue; and
iii. 605,840,000 new Instacom Shares issued pursuant to the Acquisition,
were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 5 November 2015, marking the completion of the Bonus Issue and the Acquisition.
