INSTACOM GROUP BERHAD ("INSTACOM" or "Company")

The Board of Directors of Instacom wishes to announce that the Company is proposing to change its name from "Instacom Group Berhad" to "Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad" ("Proposed Change of Name").

The proposed name, "Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad", has been approved and reserved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM"). The Proposed Change of Name is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company which will be tabled as a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting of the Company to be convened on a date to be announced later. The Proposed Change of Name shall be effective from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name by the CCM.
