Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 26 January 2016 in relation to the appointment of Vivocom Enterprise Sdn Bhd as the main contractor for the development on Lot 36079, Desa Tasik, Mukim Petaling Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur (“Proposed Development”).

Further thereto, the Board of Directors of Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad wishes to announce the following additional details:-

1. Duration of Proposed Development

The duration of the Proposed Development would be determined once the definitive agreements are signed by the Parties within six (6) months from 26 January 2016, the date of the Heads of Agreement ("HoA"), unless further extended by mutual agreement of the Parties in writing.

The Company would provide further updates on the Proposed Development, such as, amongst others, the finalization of the feasibility and due diligence study and the signing of the definitive agreements, etc., once they are available.  

2. Documents Available for Inspection 

Copy of the HoA is available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at 149A, Jalan Aminuddin Baki, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur during normal business hours from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
