We refer to our earlier announcements dated 12 July 2016, 14 July 2016, 22 July 2016, 23 August 2016 and 7 September 2016. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Vivocom, RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB") wishes to announce that:- i. 646,844,282 Bonus Shares issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue; and ii. additional 125,229,175 Warrants B, additional 50,073,502 Warrants C and additional 48,164,860 Warrants D consequential to the Bonus Issue, were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 8 September 2016, marking the completion of the Bonus Issue.
