The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals dated 11 August 2011, 15 August 2011, 22 September 2011, 6 January 2012, 30 March 2012 and 9 April 2012.
We refer to the announcements made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad ("OSK"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of I-Power ("Board") on 11 August 2011, 15 August 2011, 22 September 2011, 6 January 2012, 30 March 2012 and 9 April 2012 in relation to the Proposals.
    On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that the Board had, after due deliberations, decided to revise the term of the Proposed Change of Name as follows:-
      Proposed change of name of the Company from I-Power Berhad to Instacom Group Berhad.
        (the Proposed Capital Reduction, Proposed CRR Reduction, Proposed Share Premium Reduction, Proposed Share Consolidation, Proposed Acquisition, Proposed Bonus Issue, Proposed Exemption, Proposed Offer for Sale, Proposed Private Placement, Proposed Increase in Authorised Share Capital, Proposed Change of Name and Proposed Amendments shall collectively be referred to as the "Proposals")

        Save as disclosed below, all other terms shall remain the same as previously announced on 11 August 2011.
          The name of the Company is proposed to be changed to Instacom Group Berhad upon completion of the Proposed Acquisition. The Proposed Change of Name will be effective from the date of issuance of the Certificate of Incorporation on change of name of company by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
            This announcement is dated 2 May 2012.
