Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the announcements dated 29 June 2017, 4 July 2017, 7 July 2017, 14 July 2017, 27 July 2017, 28 July 2017, 1 August 2017 and 2 August 2017 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 August 2017 ("Price-Fixing Date") received a Subscription Notice from Macquarie Bank for the subscription of 5,000,000 Vivocom Shares at a subscription price of RM0.1282. This subscription price represents a discount of approximately 9.97% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Vivocom Shares up to and including 1 August 2017, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.1424 per Vivocom Share.
