On behalf of the Board, RHBIB wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 September 2017 ("Price-Fixing Date") received a Subscription Notice from Macquarie Bank for the subscription of 15,000,000 Vivocom Shares at a subscription price of RM0.1200 per Vivocom Share. This subscription price represents a discount of approximately 8.47% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Vivocom Shares up to and including 15 September 2017, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.1311 per Vivocom Share.
