We refer to the announcements made by the Company on 13 October 2017 and 16 October 2017. 

The Board of Directors of Vivocom ("Board") wishes to announce that the Board has on 11 January 2018 received notification from the substantial shareholders of Vivocom namely, Ang Li-Hann and Golden Oasis Resources Sdn. Bhd., that they had on 11 January 2018, executed an extension letter to extend the validity period of the indicative term sheets with CNQC International Holdings Limited (“CNQC”) until 25 January 2018.

For information purposes, the indicative term sheets were entered into between CNQC, Ang Li Hann and Golden Oasis Resources Sdn. Bhd. on 13 October 2017 for the acquisition of the respective shareholdings of Ang Li Hann and Golden Oasis Resources Sdn. Bhd. totalling to 970,266,423 issued shares in Vivocom (representing approximately 28.59% of the issued shares in Vivocom) (“Potential Acquisition”) by CNQC for a period of 90 days from the date of the indicative term sheets, and to execute the Final Agreements in relation to the Potential Acquisition. The said indicative term sheets have expired on 11 January 2018.

Up to the date of this announcement, no binding agreement has been entered into between CNQC, Ang Li Hann and Golden Oasis Resources Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the Potential Acquisition. As such, the shareholders of Vivocom shall exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company. The Board will notify the shareholders of Vivocom on an immediate basis should there be any update received in relation to the Potential Acquisition.
