We refer to the earlier announcements dated 28 December 2017 and 8 January 2018 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Vivocom ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company had on 8 February 2018 ("Price-Fixing Date") received a subscription notice from Macquarie Bank Limited ("Macquarie Bank") for the subscription of 5,000,000 Vivocom shares at a subscription price of RM0.1074 per Vivocom share. This subscription price represents a discount of approximately 9.97% to the 5-day volume weighted average market price of Vivocom shares up to and including 7 February 2018, being the last market day immediately preceding the Price-Fixing Date, of RM0.1193 per Vivocom share.
