The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 February 2018, 27 March 2018 and 8 May 2018.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company had resolved to fix the following prices pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants:-

i.          the issue price of the Rights Shares at RM0.025 per Rights Share; and

ii.          the exercise price of the Warrants E at RM0.05 per Warrant E.

The issue price of RM0.025 per Rights Share represents a discount of 37.50% to the theoretical ex-rights price ("TERP") of Vivocom Shares of RM0.04, calculated based on the 5-day volume weighted average market price ("VWAMP") of Vivocom Shares up to and including 13 July 2018, being the last trading day of Vivocom Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.055 per Vivocom Share.

The exercise price of RM0.05 per Warrant E represents a premium of 25.00% to the TERP of Vivocom Shares of RM0.04, calculated based on the 5-day VWAMP of Vivocom Shares up to and including 13 July 2018, being the last trading day of Vivocom Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.055 per Vivocom Share.
