BURSA ANNOUCEMENTS

VIVOCOM - Renounceable rights issue of up to 3,010,706,070 new ordinary shares in VIVOCOM ("VIVOCOM Share(s)" or "Share(s)") ("Rights Share(s)") on the basis of 2 Rights Shares for every 3 existing VIVOCOM Shares held together with up to 1,505,353,035 free detachable warrants ("Warrant(s) E") on the basis of 1 Warrant E for every 2 Rights Shares subscribed (Rights Issue with Warrants)

Kindly be advised that VIVOCOM's:

i)       1,132,906,538 Warrants E  issued pursuant to the Rights  Issue with Warrants will be admitted  to the Official List of                   Bursa  Securities and the listing and quotation of the Warrants E on the ACE Market will be granted with effect from                   9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 29 August 2018.

        The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants E are  "VIVOCOM-WE", "0069WE" and                             "MYQ0069WEX82".

ii)      a)  2,265,814,275 Rights Shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid  Rights Issue with Warrants;

         b)   275,502,787  additional Warrants B  issued  pursuant  to  the aforesaid   Rights Issue with Warrants;

         c)   110,160,335  additional Warrants C  issued  pursuant  to  the aforesaid   Rights Issue with Warrants; and

         d)  105,962,425  additional Warrants D  issued  pursuant  to  the aforesaid   Rights Issue with Warrants

         will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 29 August 2018.
