The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 22 February 2018, 27 March 2018, 8 May 2018, 16 July 2018, 21 August 2018 and 28 August 2018.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that:-

1. 2,265,814,275 Rights Shares and 1,132,906,538 Warrants E issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants; and
2. 275,502,787 additional Warrants B, 110,160,335 additional Warrants C and 105,962,425 additional Warrants D issued arising from the adjustments pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants,

were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 29 August 2018, marking the completion of the Rights Issue with Warrants.
