The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval for the following proposal at the forthcoming 17th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company:-

Proposed Alteration of the Existing Memorandum and Articles of Association by Replacing with a New Constitution (“Proposed Alteration”)

The Proposed Alteration with a New Constitution will streamline the Company’s Existing Memorandum and Articles of Association with the new provisions of the Companies Act 2016 and the amendments made to the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s ACE Market Listing Requirements, as well as to enhance administrative efficiency.

A Statement/Circular to Shareholders setting out the details of the Proposed Alteration with a New Constitution will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company together with the 2018 Annual Report in due course.
