We refer to our earlier announcements dated 23 July 2020 and 6 August 2020. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Vivocom, UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOB Kay Hian") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 12 August 2020, resolved to approve the Proposed Share Consolidation. Vivocom or UOB Kay Hian will make the relevant announcements pursuant to Rules 6.57(2)(ii) and (iii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
