The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals. Reference is made to the announcements dated 5 November 2020, 30 December 2020, 11 February 2021, 26 February 2021 and 29 March 2021 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian wishes to announce that 169,936,172 new Vivocom Shares and 164,250,000 new Vivocom Shares issued pursuant to the Subscription and Acquisition respectively, were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 30 March 2021, which marks the completion of the Proposals.
