We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 March 2021, 30 March 2021, 14 April 2021, 20 April 2021 and 7 May 2021 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, UOB Kay Hian wishes to announce that the Board, had on 2 June 2021 executed the deed poll constituting up to 371,773,359 Warrants F at the exercise price of RM0.95 per Warrant F to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants.
