The Board of Directors (“the Boardâ€) of Vivocom is pleased to announce that on 1 July 2021, Vivocom had entered into heads of agreement (“HOAâ€) with Strattner Alternative Credit Fund LP (the “Investorâ€). (Vivocom and the Investor shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties†and each as a “Partyâ€)
The Parties desire that, upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the HOA, that the Investor shall invest up to USD $350,000,000 (USD Three Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars) (equivalent to RM1.452 billion) to subscribe for Vivocom’s ordinary shares.
