The Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Vivocom is pleased to announce that on 1 July 2021, Vivocom had entered into heads of agreement (“HOA”) with Strattner Alternative Credit Fund LP (the “Investor”). (Vivocom and the Investor shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each as a “Party”)
The Parties desire that, upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained in the HOA, that the Investor shall invest up to USD $350,000,000 (USD Three Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars) (equivalent to RM1.452 billion) to subscribe for Vivocom’s ordinary shares.
