The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 2 July 2021 received the Notice of Registration on the change of name of the Company dated 2 July 2021 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from Vivocom Intl Holdings Berhad to Vinvest Capital Holdings Berhad with effect from 2 July 2021.
