We refer to the announcements made on 5 May 2021, 7 May 2021, 18 June 2021 and 28 July 2021 in relation to the Proposed Subscription (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

As stated in the announcement dated 28 July 2021, a new application for the Revised Proposed Subscription will be submitted to Bursa Securities within 1 month from the date of the announcement. As such, on behalf of the Board of Directors of VinVest, TA Securities wishes to announce that the letter in relation to the withdrawal of the listing application for the Proposed Subscription dated 18 June 2021 has been submitted to Bursa Securities on 2 August 2021.
