We refer to the announcements made on 5 May 2021, 7 May 2021, 18 June 2021, 28 July 2021, 2 August 2021, 27 August 2021, 11 October 2021, 27 October 2021 and 18 November 2021 in relation to the Subscription (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

VinVest and EAH had on 22 November 2021 mutually agreed to extend the completion date of the Subscription Agreement by another 10 business days (i.e. by 9 December 2021).
