Reference is made to the Company’s announcement made on 2 August 2023, 14 August 2023 and 17 August 2023 and 21 August 2023. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcement.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that during today’s case management, the High Court has given the following directions with respect to the Intervener Application filed by Ng Cheng Shin on 21.08.2023 (Enclosure 18):
(1) for the Plaintiff to file Affidavit in Reply on or before 18.9.2023; (2) for the proposed intervener to file Affidavit in Reply on or before 25.9.2023 (for parties to exhaust affidavits); (3) for the parties to file Written Submission on or before 2.10.2023; (4) for the parties to file Reply Submission on or before 9.10.2023; and (5) the hearing for Enclosure 18 is fixed on 10.10.2023 @ 8.00am by way of Zoom before YA Puan Adlin Binti Abdul Majid.
