The Company refers to its announcements dated 2 August 2023, 14 August 2023, 17 August 2023, 21 August 2023, 6 September 2023, 10 October 2023 and 17 November 2023. Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in our said earlier announcements.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the above Suit 536 was called up on 18 December 2023. The High Court had given the following directions as follows :-
a. For Enclosure 1 (Writ), the High Court had directed that the Defendants in the Counterclaim to file their defence on or before 3 January 2024;
b. E-Review is fixed on 11 January 2024 for the High Court to give further directions.
