The Board of Directors has approved a change in the financial year end of the Company from 31 December 2025 to 30 April 2026. Consequently, the current financial year will commence from 1 January 2025 to 30 April 2026, spanning a period of 16 months. Thereafter, subsequent financial years will conclude on 30 April. This decision to  facilitate better management of resources for smooth flow of business operations and financial reporting.
