Bursa Announcement

The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to propose a final dividend of 4.50 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024 for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Company's Fortieth Annual General Meeting.

The proposed entitlement and payment dates for the final dividend shall be determined at a later date and announced accordingly.
