Further to the announcements dated 16 July 2020 (Ref. No. GA1-15072020-00104) and 30 July 2020 (Ref. No. GA1-30072020-00028) in relation to the HOA for the Proposed Corporate Exercise, the Board of Directors of Ancom Logistics Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that on 1 September 2020, the Company entered into an Offer to Purchase Agreement ("OTP") with S7 Holdings Sdn Bhd.
