We refer to the announcements dated 29 October 2019 and 31 October 2019 in relation to the Proposed Placement.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Manager (“Board”), Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Board had on 31 October 2019 fixed the issue price of 160,850,000 Placement Units, representing 13.0% of the total issued Units of 1,237,285,288 as at 30 October 2019 at RM1.72 per Placement Unit (“Issue Price”) to successfully identified placees via a book-building process. The Placement Units have been oversubcribed.
The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 2.9% to the WAMP of the Units for the 5 market days up to and including 30 October 2019 of RM1.7720 per Unit. Accordingly, the gross proceeds from the Proposed Placement is approximately RM276.66 million.
Maybank IB and CIMB Investment Bank Berhad acted as placement agents.
