Reference is made to the announcements dated 29 October 2019, 31 October 2019 and 1 November 2019 in relation to the Proposed Placement.
On behalf of the Board of the Manager, Maybank IB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 4 November 2019, resolved to approve the listing and quotation of up to 247,457,057 new Units to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
The approval of Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:
i) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;
ii) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Placement; and
iii) Axis-REIT and Maybank IB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Placement is completed.
