The Board of Century wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders' approval for the above-captioned Proposal at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company to be convened.
The Company proposes to seek a renewal of the authority from its shareholders to purchase its own ordinary shares of up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital. The Company had, at its Annual General Meeting held on 24 April 2013, obtained the approval from its shareholders to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share capital. This authority for Share Buy-Back will expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
A Statement accompanying the notice of the Forthcoming AGM containing information on the Proposal will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
