Reference is made to the announcement dated 19 April 2016. The Board of Directors of Century wishes to announce the proceedings at the Shah Alam High Court ("SAHC") on 5 May 2016 and 11 May 2016. Nestle Products Sdn. Bhd.’s application to transfer and consolidate Century’s claims against Nestle Asean Sdn. Bhd., Nestle Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. and Cereal Partners Sdn. Bhd. to the SAHC (“the Application”) was fixed for decision on 5 May 2016. However, a next case management date was fixed on 11 May 2016 as the judge who heard the Application was transferred to the Kuala Lumpur High Court and would only be present in the SAHC on 11 May 2016. At the case management on 11 May 2016, the Court fixed 6 June 2016 as either a next case management date or decision date. This announcement is dated 11 May 2016. |
