(Purchaser) for the proposed disposal of shares - Datuk Phua Sin Mo, his spouse, Datin Lee Lay Hun, and his daughter, Pamela Phua Jo Lyn, will be disposing all their shares in the Company to the Purchaser, upon the fulfilment of the conditions precedent as set out in the said SPA. |
