Reference is made to the announcements dated 15 August 2016 and 23 August 2016. The Board of Directors of Century wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal had allowed Nestle Products Sdn Bhd’s appeal against the decision of the Consolidation Application to the Court of Appeal with cost in the cause. As such, CTL’s claims against Nestle Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd in the Shah Alam Sessions Court, and Nestle Asean (M) Sdn Bhd and Cereal Partners (M) Sdn Bhd in the Shah Alam Magistrates Court will all be transferred to the Shah Alam High Court (“SAHC”) and be consolidated with CTL's SAHC Suit. The next Case Management date scheduled for the SAHC Suit is on 21 October 2016. This announcement is dated 23 September 2016.
