The Board of Directors of CENTURY is pleased to declare a single tier interim cash dividend of 4.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2013, as well as the distribution of one (1) treasury share for every twenty-five (25) ordinary shares held in the Company, fraction of a treasury share to be disregarded. The book closure date and the payment/distribution date for the single tier interim cash dividend of 4.0 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2013 as well as the distribution of one (1) treasury share for every twenty-five (25) ordinary shares held in the Company, have been fixed for 4 September 2013 and 3 October 2013 respectively.
