("EMSB") has on 1 August 2014, received a Letter of Award dated 30 July 2014 from Instant Bonus Development Sdn. Bhd. to undertake earthworks, piling works and structure works for basement and elevated carpark of a service apartment property development project at Lot 167, Seksyen 95A, Jalan Robson, Off Jalan Syed Putra, Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan (the "Contract").
