The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad (“ECONPILE”) wishes to announce that Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“EMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ECONPILE had on 2 March 2017, disposed a parcel of freehold land (“Property”) to Tropical Broadway Sdn. Bhd. (“TBSB”), another wholly-owned subsidiary of ECONPILE for cash consideration of RM5,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Five million only)(“Disposal”).
