(“EMSB”) has on 3 October 2017, received a Letter of Award dated 29 September 2017 from MRCB Builders Sdn. Bhd. to undertake bored piling works, basement works and earthworks of a mixed development, Parcel B - comprising of a 3-block apartments with an 8-storey car park with retail area and a 2-storey basement car park at PT 68, PT 69, PT 70, PT 71 and PT 75 (previously part of Lot 240 and 241), Seksyen 98, Bandar Kuala Lumpur together with PT 8617 (previously Lot 4441), Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (the “Contract”).
