Shareholders are advised to read this notice of book closure together with the Company's announcements dated 11 December 2017 in relation to the notice of book closure for the Split Shares and Bonus Shares.

The notice of allotment of the Warrants will be issued and despatched in due course to the entitled shareholders after the Entitlement Date. The Warrants will not be listed concurrently with the Split Shares and Bonus Shares and will be listed and quoted 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities. 

Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
