The Board of Directors of Econpile Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. has on 13 March 2019, issued a Notice of Determination to ASM Development (KL) Sdn Bhd (“ASM”), being the Employer of the Project. The Notice of Determination is based on the Notice of Default dated 25 February 2019 which was delivered to ASM, prior to the Notice of Determination.
