The Board of Directors of the Company has proposed a final single tier dividend of 0.50 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2013, subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The entitlement and payment dates in respect thereof will be announced at a later date.
