We are pleased to announce that JobStreet.com Pte Ltd (“JPL”), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of JCB had on 13 June 2011 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary known as JobStreet.com Shared Services Sdn Bhd (“JSS”) under the Companies, Act 1965. The Certificate of Incorporation of JSS was received by JPL on 14 June 2011. JSS has an authorised share capital of RM1,000,000 comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and an issued and paid-up share capital of RM500,000.00 comprising 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Its intended principal activities are to provide qualifying services, to engage and carry out research and development activities and to engage in, provide and undertake human resource support. The above incorporation does not have any material effect on the issued and paid-up share capital of JCB and has no material effect on the earnings and net assets of JCB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2011.
