The Board of Directors of the Company has proposed a final single tier dividend of 0.65 sen per ordinary share of RM0.10 each for the financial year ended 31 December 2014.

In anticipation of the Proposed Share Consolidation of the Company's shares from ordinary shares of RM0.10 each to ordinary shares of RM0.50 each to be completed on 6 May 2015, the amount of the final single tier dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2014 will be correspondingly adjusted to 3.25 sen per ordinary share of RM0.50 each in line with the decrease in the number of shares in issue. The proposed final single tier dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Eleventh Annual General Meeting of the Company. The entitlement and payment dates in respect thereof will be announced at a later date.
