Tan Sri Dato' Dr Lin See Yan has expressed his intention not to seek re-appointment as Director of the Company as stated in the Notice of the Eleventh Annual General Meeting ("11th AGM") of the Company pursuant to Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965. Hence, Tan Sri Dato' Dr Lin See Yan retired from the Board of Directors of the Company at the conclusion of the 11th AGM in accordance with the Section 129(6) of the Companies Act, 1965.
The Board of Directors of the Company will identify a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy within 3 months from 23 June 2015 pursuant to Paragraph 15.02(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. |
