Pursuant to Paragraph 9.20 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), we wish to announce that JCB had sold securities quoted on certain stock exchanges (“Quoted Securities”) where the aggregate sales consideration for the period from 7 October 2014 to 6 October 2015 (in the preceding 12 months), has exceeded 5% of the JCB’s audited consolidated net assets as at 31 December 2014.

The aggregate sales consideration (including transaction costs) received by JCB for the period from 7 October 2014 to 6 October 2015 (in the preceding 12 months), is as follows:
