Remarks : The proposed Final Dividend of RM0.01 per ordinary share of RM0.50 each under single-tier system declared for the financial year ended 31 December 2015 was based on the issued and paid-up share capital as at 28 April 2016 and will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twelfth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
