Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement on 24 March 2016.

The Board of Directors of JobStreet Corporation Berhad ("JCB") is pleased to announce that the Special Resolution 1 as stipulated in the Notice of the Twelfth Annual General Meeting ("12th AGM") dated 29 April 2016 in relation to the Proposed Change of Company Name from "JobStreet Corporation Berhad" to "JcbNext Berhad" was duly passed at the Company's 12th AGM held on Monday, 30 May 2016.

The Proposed Change of Company Name will take effect from the date of the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of Company (Form 13) to be issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia to the Company.
