Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcements dated 24 March 2016 and 30 May 2016 in relation to the Proposed Change of Company Name from "JobStreet Corporation Berhad" to "JcbNext Berhad". 

The Board of Directors of JobStreet Corporation Berhad ("JCB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has on 3 June 2016 received the Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name of Company (Form 13) dated 1 June 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Accordingly, the Company's name has been changed from "JobStreet Corporation Berhad" to "JcbNext Berhad" with effect from 1 June 2016.
