1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 7 Jul 2017
2)  The last date of lodgment : 11 Jul 2017
3)  Date Payable : 27 Jul 2017

Remarks: Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. The proposed Final Dividend of 2 sen per ordinary share under single-tier system will be subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
