The Board of Directors wishes to announce that JobStreet Recruitment (Thailand) Co., Ltd., (“JobStreet Thailand”), a 49% jointly-controlled company of JcbNext had ceased to be its jointly-controlled company following the registration of the completeness of liquidation of JobStreet Thailand with the Registry Office, Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce in Bangkok on 24 July 2017 (the “Dissolution”).

JobStreet Thailand was incorporated on 28 July 2008 in Thailand and is principally engaged in online recruitment and human resource management services. JobStreet Thailand has ceased its operations since 28 February 2014.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company, and/or person connected to such Directors and/or major shareholders have any interest, direct or indirect, in connection with the Dissolution and no approval of the shareholders is required.
