| Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 5 October 2012. The final number of Free Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Free Warrants Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of AMEDIA on 28 December 2012. The Free Warrants will be quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after an application for the quotation of Free Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities subsequent to the Bonus Issue of Shares exercise. The Free Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders’ central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing of and quotation for the Free Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 13 December 2012. |
