Sri Lanka 6. New Caledonia 7. South Korea Michiel was most recently the Managing Director of Heineken Central and Eastern Region. Michiel has more than 35 years of experience within Heineken where he held various management positions in the Dutch operations in his early years. Between 1988 to 1990, he was General Manager Beer Division of South Pacific Holding Limited in Papua New Guinea. Twelve years and several leadership positions later, he was appointed General Manager of Multi Bintang Indonesia, a position which he held until 2006. Michiel gathered additional management experience in Curacao and Hungary, in the export business for Africa, Middle East, Caribbean, South America and also as Regional Director Latin America. |
