We refer to your letter dated 19 February 2001 on the above news article appearing in The Sun, Sun Biz on Saturday 17 February 2001.

We wish to inform that KUB Group is expected to register a turnover of approximately RM480 million for the financial year ended 31 December 2000. However, KUB did not at any occassion indicate its projected turnover of RM500 million or any other figure for the financial year ended 31 December 2000 as reported in the said article.

We refer to the above news article appearing in The Sun, Sun Biz, page 1, on
Saturday, 17 February 2001, a copy of which is enclosed for your reference.
In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the underlined sentence,
which is reproduced as follows:-
"KUB (M) Bhd ... is on track to meet its projected turnover of RM500 million
for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2000."
